1. Order Processing Time
To guarantee the perfection of every silk and accessory piece, all orders undergo a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

During high-demand seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your item is flawless.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carriers, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Contiguous United States: 7-12 business days.

Europe: 8-15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or regional logistics delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with leading global logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. Most orders are handled by FedEx, DHL, or UPS, along with local postal services for the final mile delivery.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
4. Shipping Regions & Costs

Contiguous U.S. (48 States): Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Alaska, Hawaii & International: Please contact us at info@cozyura.com for a custom shipping quote.

Duties & Taxes (International): For orders shipped to Europe or other international regions, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
5. Multi-Piece Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
Because we aim to process orders efficiently, please contact us at info@cozyura.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute the shipment. In this case, please follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
7. Tracking Issues
If your tracking number doesn’t show immediate results, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to our support team.
