Refund & Return Policy

At Cozyura, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and premium materials of our products. To ensure a fair experience for all our customers and maintain our high standards, our policy is as follows:

1. 30-Day Guarantee We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. A Note on Colors & Materials (Disclaimer) Please note that our products are crafted from high-quality materials, such as 100% mulberry silk. Due to the natural luster of silk and variations in digital monitor settings, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. These subtle variations are inherent to premium fabrics and are not considered manufacturing defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural characteristics.

3. Damages and Quality Issues (Our Responsibility) We stand firmly behind our quality. We will take full responsibility if the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, workmanship error, or receiving the wrong item.

  • Action Required: You must contact us at info@cozyura.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

  • Verification: All claims are subject to official verification by our quality control team. If the issue is confirmed as a defect, we will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost to you.

  • Please note: Issues determined to be caused by normal wear, improper care, or the natural characteristics mentioned in Section 2 will not be classified as defects.

4. Change of Mind & Personal Preference (Customer’s Responsibility) If you wish to return an item due to personal preference—including but not limited to: "changed my mind," "style/size doesn't suit me," or "perceived color shade difference" (as defined in Section 2)—you are welcome to do so within the 30-day window.

  • Cost: For these returns, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

  • Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Procedure: You must contact info@cozyura.com to receive the authorized return address before shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU regulations.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Under this policy, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our designated warehouse unless the item is verified as defective.

6. Exchanges The most efficient way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved based on the item’s condition. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
