Returns Options
Customer-Initiated Return (Using Your Own Postage): You have the option to use your preferred courier service to send back the item(s) to us. Please ensure that the returns form is included in the parcel. Keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date (extended returns in place over Christmas period).
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges
We unfortunately currently are not able offer exchanges; If you need a different colour or item, simply return the original item(s) following the instructions above and place a new order on our website. If you get in touch with us regarding your intent to exchange via info@cozyura.com we will provide Free Shipping on your new order.
